疝环充填式无张力修补腹股沟疝的探讨

Probing into the mesh-plug repair of groin hernia

目的:探讨应用疝环充填式无张力修补术治疗腹股沟疝的效果。方法:全部采用美国巴德公司mesh-plug定型产品行疝环充填式无张力修补术,并对手术时间,伤口疼痛,术后自主能力的恢复,并发症及复发率进行观察。结果:手术时间平均为34.3分钟。术后6～12小时可进食、下床活动、伤口疼痛1～3天术后排尿7例,局部异物感2例,阴囊积液1例,住院3～11天。切口无一例感染,随访3～18个月,无复发。结论:疝环充填式无张力修补术具有传统术式无法比拟的优势,应予以推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of the mesh-plug r epair of groin hernia.Methods All case s were per-formed with mesh-plug case-hardend productes ,which are manufac tured b y Amercian Bard Company.The operation time,postoperation pain,patient s ability recovery complic ations and recurrence rate were obse rved.Results Th e average operation time was 34.3m ins.The patients could eat food and move 6～12hours after operation.Postop-eration pain lasted about 1～3days.S even had retention of urine,nine had feeling of foreign matter groin region.Fo ur scrotal hydroceles,no wound infection .Left off postoperation 3～11days .The follow-up period ranged from 3～18moths,no recurrence.Conclusion It had more outstanding virtues than the conventional,and should be widely used.
