目前,我国大中专毕业生就业形势较为严峻,影响因素较多,有社会因素,亦有学生本人及学校因素。作为培养人才的学校应为提高学生就业率积极工作,帮助学生进行职业生涯设计,确立职业目标,传授求职技巧,提升职业品质。从学生进校起就进行就业教育,实行全程就业指导,为学生就业发挥应有的作用。

Nowadays the situation is severe und er which graduates from high and secondary vocationa l schools obtain employment .There are lots of influential factors including so cial and individual factors .School sh ould make efforts to increase employment rate and help students with their career d esign ,teach skills of finding a jo b a nd improve their profession characters .Employment education should start a t the beginning of their learning c areer and play a positive role in their empl oyment.
