DyractAP复合体修复楔形缺损的临床评价

Clinical evaluation of Dyract AP com pomer for wedge-shaped defect

目的:本研究是评价复合体充填材料DyractAP修复恒前牙、恒前磨牙楔形缺损的临床状况。方法:共修复86位病人,312颗牙。一组用DyractAP复合材料修复,另一组用光固化复合树脂修复作为对照。修复后12个月～18个月进行直接临床评价。结果:在边缘完整性性上,DyractAP组满意率98.72%(154例),复合树脂组85.9%(134例),二组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:DyractAP有着优良的临床特性和极好的可操作性,是一种完全可以信赖的牙齿美容修复材料。

Obje ctive The aim of this study was to evaluate t he clinical performance of Dyract AP compomer for wedge-shaped defect in permanent an terior and premolar teeth .Methods Three hundred and twelve restoratio ns were placed in 86patients,Th e restorations of 156cases with Dyract AP,the an other cases with composite resin.The restorations were evaluated directly 12～18months after placement .Result The percentages of Romeo and Sierra s core of marginal integrity for th e Dyract AP group were 98.72%,for the composite resin were 85.9%.Co nclusion The Dyract AP had excellent handing characteristics,the good clinical performance,beautiful and natural restorations ,the Dyract AP would provide re liable dir ect tooth-colored restorations.
