摘要
目的 :为规范手术室护士的护理行为 ,准确完整记录护士在手术中执行医嘱的具体活动 ,做好手术室安全护理工作。方法 :建立手术室临时医嘱本 ,护士根据医嘱用药。结果 :减少手术护理工作中的缺陷 ,增强手术室护士的法律意识 ,增强了巡回护士工作的主动性和计划性。结论 :在手术室建立临时医嘱本 ,有利于进一步规范手术室护理行为 。
Objective:The aim of the study was to explore the record regulation of temporary orders to standardize nursing behaviors in operational rooms. Method:Nurses executed the doctor orders according the temporary order book. Results:The regulation could reduce nurses' mistakes in operational rooms, strengthen nurse's law consciousness and initiative. Conclusion:The temporary order in operational rooms could be beneficial to standardizing nursing behaviors and preventing mistakes.
