摘要
目的 :探讨引起护理投诉的原因 ,减少和防范护理投诉发生 ,制定相应的护理投诉处理措施。方法 :建立护理投诉分析小组 ,对护理投诉个案进行全方位分析。结果 :通过运用科学、合理的分析方法 ,严格把握护理投诉的关键环节 ,逐步完善应对措施。结论 :通过有效分析 ,制定切实可行的措施 。
Objective:The aim of the study was to explore the causes of the accusable cases in the nursing area and develop the measures as so to reduce even prevent their occurrence. Method:An expert group took in charge of analyzing and evaluating these cases. Result:Based on the scientific and grounded analysis, the expert group developed the strategies at each stages when the accusable cases possibly happened. Conclusion:It was suggested that establishing the feasible measures by the effective analysis should decrease the rate of the accusable cases.
