Effects of liposomal prostaglandin E1 on fibrinolytic system in peri-percutaneous coronary interventional in acute coronary syndrome

摘要 目的 观察脂质体携载前列腺素E1 (liposomalprostaglandinEl,Lipo PGEl)在急性冠脉综合征(acutecoronarysyndrome ,ACS)患者介入治疗围术期使用时对纤溶系统的影响。方法  36例ACS患者介入治疗围术期 ,在常规阿斯匹林、肝素和抵克力得使用基础上 ,于术后静脉给Lipo PGEl2 0 μg ,2次 /d ,连续 3d。 2 4例对照组则不用Lipo PGE1 。术前、术后第 3天及出院前共 3次测定PT、APTT及血小板 ,并与对照组进行t检验。结果 术后第 3天 ,2组凝血酶原时间 (PT)、部分凝血酶原时间 (APTT)均有延长 ,但观察组的PT、APTT明显延长 ,与对照组相比较差异有显著性意义〔PT (2 3 2± 1 5 ) / (13 1± 1 2 )〕 ;APTT〔(38 4± 3 6 ) / (30 8± 4 0 )〕 ,P <0 0 5。结论 Lipo PGEl 在抑制血小板聚集时不影响血小板计数 ; Objective To observe the effects of liposomal prostaglandin E 1 on fibrinolytic system in peri-percutaneous coronary interventional(PC1) in acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Method Thirty-six patients with ACS underwent PCI were inclucded.Liposomal prostaglandin E 1(Lipo-PGE1)were given at a dosage of 20μg,two times per day by intravenously after PCI for three days.Aspirin,ticlid and heparin were used at the same time.PT,APTT and platelet were monitored before and after PCI on the third day.It was also tested again before the patients were discharged.Result PT,and APTT in Lopo-PGE1 group on the third day were significantly prolonged,compared with control group〔PT(23.2±1.5)/(13.1±1.2)〕;APTT〔(38.4±3.6)/(30.8±4.0)P<0.05〕,and platelet count was not change any more.Conclusion Lipo-PGE 1 can effectively inhibit platelet aggregation,and have fibrinoltic activity in early time after PCI.
