高温胁迫对冬小麦旗叶、穗梗韧皮部汁液组分的影响

The Effects of High-temperature Stress on the Component of the Phloem Exudates of Flag Leaf and Peduncle of Winter Wheat

研究了高温胁迫条件下冬小麦旗叶、穗梗韧皮部汁液组分的变化,结果表明,高温胁迫显著降低旗叶和穗梗韧皮部汁液的可溶性糖含量;显著降低穗梗韧皮部汁液氨基酸总流量,增加旗叶韧皮部汁液氨基酸总流量,并导致氨基酸组分的明显变化,旗叶韧皮部汁液各氨基酸组分除精氨酸(Arg)外均显著提高,穗梗韧皮部汁液各氨基酸组分均显著下降。

This study, focus on the component changes of phloem exudates from peduncle and flag leaf of winter wheat under high-temperature stress. The result showed that the high-temperature stress can decrease the content of solubility sugar in the phloem exudates from peduncle and flag leaf, decrease the amino acid content in the phloem exudates from peduncle while increase it in the phloem exudates from the flag leaf . The component of amino acid in the phloem exudates from peduncle and flag leaf also have significantly changes.
