摘要
本文叙述的是采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈/水为流动相,C18柱和紫外检测器测定杀线威原药,该方法测得杀线威的标准偏差为0.4150%,变异系数为0.4449%,平均回收率为99.36%,线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9985。
The quantitative analysis of oxamyl by HPLC.using C 18 column and ultraviolet detector was developed.The results showed that the standard deviation for oxamyl was0.4150%.The co-effricient variation was0.4449% ,the average recovery was99.36%
