Inoculating and Detecting Apple Latent Viruses of Malus xiaojinensis

摘要 通过试管微嫁接,分别将苹果褪绿叶斑病毒和苹果茎沟病毒接种到小金海棠组培苗上,并用PAS-ELISA法检测其带毒率。结果表明:接穗小金海棠苹果褪绿叶斑病毒的带毒率为60.0%,其苹果茎沟病毒带毒率为73.3%,从而证明用此方法可以对组培苗进行快速病毒接种而得到带毒的实验材料。 Apple chlorotic leaf spot virus (ACLSV) and apple stem grooving virus (ASGV) were transmitted to Malus Xiaojinensis by in vitro micrografting. ACLSV-infected rate of M. Xiaojingensis detected by PAS-ELISA was 60.0%, and ASGV-infected rate was 73.3% . The results also indicated that virus-infected materials could be rapidly obtained by inoculated in shoots.
