摘要 目的 对比两种根管预备方法在根充后的反应及近远期疗效 ,选择合适的根管预备手段。方法 选择符合根管治疗适应证的 18~ 4 5岁患者患牙 16 0颗 ,随机分两组 ,分别用手动器械 (A组 )与超声治疗仪 (B组 )进行根管预备并进行术后反应及近远期的疗效评价。结果 B组的术后反应明显少于A组 ,A组的断针率低于B组 ,但因断于根管内 ,取出相当困难 ,B组扩大针折断处多位于超声挫的颈部 ,断针易于取出。 Objective This study compared the effect of two methods of the root canal instrumentation. To select the best method of roo t canal preparation. Methods 160 teeth from patients aged 18 to 45 years were randomly divided into two groups of manual control root canal therapy (group A) and ultrasonic root canal therapy (group B). Results Postpreprative reaction was better in group B than in group A. Needl e breaking rate was lower in group A than in group B, but taking out the broken needle was more difficult in group A. Conclusion Ultrasonic root can al therapy is one of the best root canal therapies.
