农村土地流转是当前农村的一个热点问题,目前存在着不少限制因素,主要表现在土地产权主体不明、土地流转机制不健全及土地流转的外围环境不配套等方面。

Rural land circulation is a topic of general interest of present rural area. At present, there are a few restrictive factors in land circulation. Land property right, land circulation mechanism, the main body of land property right and peripheral environment in land circulation were expounded.
