摘要
用固体加入法研究了银杏叶苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)的盐析过程。结果表明: 50%→75%饱和度的(NH_4)_2SO_4盐析,蛋白质的收获率高,PAL的纯化倍数高,是较理想的盐析范围。
The course of salting-out the phenylalanine ammonia-lyase(PAL) in Ginkgobiloba leaves was studied. The results showed that there were more protein product and higher purifying fold of PAL at the range of 50%→75% (NH4)2SO4 saturation which was the suitable range for PAL salting-out.
