缬沙坦对轻中度高血压病人血压、性功能的影响

The effects of valsartan on sexual function and blood pressure in hypertensive patients

目的 观察缬沙坦对高血压病人的疗效及性功能的影响。方法 选取高血压病人 6 5例。血压水平为收缩压 (SBP) 14 0～ 180mmHg ,舒张压 (DBP) 90～ 110mmHg。缬沙坦 80mg/d ,观察血压、性功能评定、心率、血肌酐及不良反应。结果 6 5例病人 8周治疗后SBP下降 16± 3 7mmHg较治疗前有显著差异 ;性功能评定 :治疗后国际勃起指数显著增加 (P <0 0 5 ) ,心率、血肌酐均无统计学意义 ,不良反应仅有 1例轻微头痛。结论 缬沙坦降压疗效确切、不良反应少 ,可提高男性性功能。

Objective To observe the antihypertensive effect and influence on sexual function of valsartan in hypertensive patients.Methods Sixty-five patients with systolic pressure(SBP)140～180mmHg and diastolic pressure(DBP) 90～110mmHg were selected and treated with valsartan(80mg/d).The blood pressure,sexual functional,heart rate,creatinine response and side effect were observed and valuated before and after treatment.Results After eight weeks therapy with valsartan,the systolic pressure(SBP) in sixty-five cases decreased 16±3.7mmHg on average,which was significantly lower than before(P<0.01).Sexual functional evaluation showed the international erectional exponent increased significantly(P<0.05).While the changes of heart rate and creatinineare had no statistical significance.One case has light headache.Conclusion The antihypertension effect of valsartan are certain.It has little side effect and can increase male's sexual function.
