Dystrophin、Utrophin在神经元性胆碱能突触中的表达

摘要 目的 了解dystrophinglycoproteincomplex(DGC)在神经元性胆碱能突触中的表达。 方法 通过Westernblot和免疫荧光染色方法我们检查了DGC中组成蛋白dystrophin、utrophin、α dystroglycan、β dys troglycan在颈上神经节 (SCG)和下颌下神经节 (SMG)中的表达。 结果 dystrophin、utrophin在神经元性胆碱能突触中表达 ,推测它们有可能对神经元性胆碱能突触的发育和结构功能完整具有重要作用。结论 dys trophin、utrophin在神经元性胆碱能突触中表达 ,α 、β dystroglycan不在神经元性胆碱能突触中表达 ,神经元性胆碱能突触中存在和神经肌肉接头类似但不同的DGC复合物。 Objective To understand the expression of dystrophin glycoprotein complex at neuronal cholinergic synapses.Methods We examined the expression of various DGC protein at the superior cervical ganglia(sympathetic) and the submandibular ganglia(parasympathetic) with the techniques of western blot and immunoflorecent staining.Results We found that dystrophin,utrophin expressed at neuronal cholinergic synapses.They might play important roles in the development and/or maintenance of neuronal cholinergic synapses.Conclusion Dystrophin,utrophin may express at neuronal cholinergic synapses,while α-,β-dystroglycan do not exist at neuronal cholinergic synapses.This suggest that DGC complex similar to the one at the neuron-musclar junction is present at neuronal cholinergic synapses.
