摘要
本文利用二次型的期望和方差定理，导出了方差分量估计中的精度评定公式，并指出：在进行方差分量估计时，应顾及各个方差分量估值的精度。

On the basic of the theorem of expectation and variance in quadratic form, formulas for
accuracy evaluation in variance components estimation are derived. It can be seen that
in the estimation of variance components, accuracies in the estimates, of individual va-
riance components must be taken into account.
