摘要 采用电容贮能点焊焊接方法 ,研究了CuZnAl形状记忆合金的焊接性能。运用金相观察、拉伸、扫描电镜等方法 ,对焊接接头的力学性能 ,形状恢复率等进行了试验研究 ,并研究了热处理对焊接接头力学性能和形状恢复率的影响 ,给出了获得较高形状恢复率接头的焊接工艺。试验结果表明 ,焊后热处理能够细化CuZnAl形状记忆合金的晶粒组织 ,在一定程度上提高了合金的综合力学性能 ,经一定冷热循环次数后 。 This paper studies the mechanical property and shape memory ratio of the welded joints in the CuZnAl shape memory alloy spot welding ,analyzes the effects of heat treatment and weld parameter for welded joints mechanical property and shape memory ratio by using optical examination ,strength testing ,TEM, gets the optimum welding parameters obtaining good shape recovery ratio welded joints. Consequent post heat treatment may refine the grain size of CuZnAl shape memory alloy,and improve the mechanical property to some extent. After cool-heat cycles, the shape memory recovery ratio has higher level and almost unchanged.
