摘要
焊缝金属中可扩散氢含量是影响焊接金属冷脆的主要原因之一 ,低氢焊条在干燥和非干燥的条件下采用手弧焊和半自动二氧化碳气体保护焊的焊接方法 ,经对焊缝金属中的氢含量进行试验研究 ,确定了低氢焊条、干燥条件。
The amount of diffusible hydrogen in weld metal is a very imperative factor in determining the susceptibility of the weld to cold cracking. In this paper, using different welding methods and different electrodes, the effect on diffusible hydrogen of low hydrogen electrodes, drying condition, welding method in weld metal was determined.
