摘要
采用裂纹尖端张开位移 (COD)实验及Hopkinson压杆实验技术研究了 30A钢在不同加载速率下的断裂韧性特征 ;采用扫描电镜研究了 30A钢在静态和动态下的微观断裂特征 ,得出加载速率对 30A钢断裂行为的影响规律 ,并用位错贫化带理论解释了不同加载速率下材料微观断裂机制的变化。
The fracture characteristics of 30A steel at different loading rates have been investigated by crack tip opening displacement (COD ) experiment and Hopkinson compression bar experimental technique. The micromechanism of fracture under static and dynamic conditions were studied respectively using scanning electron microscopy. The effects of loading rate on fracture behaviors of 30A steel have been obtained. The changes of micromechanism of fracture of the material at different loading rates have been explained by the theory of dislocation free zone.
