摘要
采用 5 3式 7.6 2mm穿燃弹倾斜入射 10mm厚、硬度为HRC4 4~ 5 6的Cr-Ni-Mo系试验装甲钢进行了穿甲试验 ,研究了在不同硬度状态下 ,硬度对装甲钢板安全角的影响。依据倾斜入射的穿甲特征和靶试后对靶板损伤情况的分析认为 :弹丸在倾斜入射靶板时 ,随着靶板硬度增加 ,靶板安全角减小 ,抗弹性能提高 ,这主要是由于高硬度靶板使弹丸产生断裂和破碎及弹丸在开坑和侵彻阶段的阻力加大所致。
The effect of hardness on safe angle of the armor steel plate was studied in different states.In the penetrating experiment,Cr-Ni-Mo testing armor steel was used,the hardness is HRC44-56,the thickness is 10mm shot obliquely by 7.62mm diameter incendiary penetrator.According to the penetrator characteristics of oblique shooting and the damaged condition on the target plate,the analysis shows that when penetrator obliquely shot the target plate, the safe angle decreased as the hardness of the target plate increased,and the ballistic performance also improved.That's because the hardness target plate made the projectile fracture and break,and because the resistance grew when projectile was making hole and penetrating.
