摘要
为了解决钻机中泥浆泵重载齿轮加工难度大的问题 ,以 4 2CrMoT钢为基础材料 ,系统研究了硫含量和稀土元素夹杂物变性处理对切削性能和力学性能的影响 ,并开发了一种力学性能、热加工性能与 4 2CrMoT相近、切削性能优异的易削钢 4 0CrMnMoReS。试验表明 ,4 0CrMnMoReS的锻造性能和热处理性能优良 ,在硬度高于4 2CrMoT钢HB10 0的情况下 ,刀具寿命可提高一倍以上 ,齿轮表面粗糙度由原来的Ra12 .5降低到现在的Ra6 .3。
For solving the cutting problem of middle hard case of heavy-load gear in slurry pump, the cutting properties and mechanics properties were systematically investigated by adding various sulphur contents and rare-earth modification elements in the basic steel-42CrMoT, and a new kind of free cutting steel 40CrMnMoReS for mid hard case heavy-duty gears was designed. Experiment results show that the mechanics properties and heat machining properties of the new steel approach to 42CrMoT, whereas cutting properties of the new steel are superior to the ones of the contrasted material. Production tests indicate that the forging and heat treatment properties of the new steel are good, and although hardeness of the new steel exceeds 42CrMoT to HB100, the life of the cutting tool increases as two times as that of 42CrMoT, and the surface roughness decreases from Ra12.5 to Ra6.3. Nowadays three trial-produced gears have been put into practice.
