摘要
主要对苹果分拣技术进行了研究,并给出了苹果分拣系统的结构。由于苹果的好坏主要由苹果的大小、形状和成熟度决定;该分拣系统有三个输入参数即大小、形状和成熟度,其三个特征参数的提取应用了数字图像处理技术;一个输出变量即苹果等级分类,分别标为A、B、C三类。以三个特征参数为输入,根据模糊控制算法,最终得到苹果的等级分类。实验结果表明:该方法能较好地区分苹果的好坏,达到预期的目标,结果是可以接受的。
This paper studies mainly the apple selection technology, and presents the structure of the apple selection system. The apple's quality depends greatly on its size, shape, and maturity, which are considered as three input parameters in this system. The pick\|up of three characteristic parameters is handled by digital image processing. Only one output parameter is apple rating, which falls into three grades:A, B, and C. Regarding the three characteristic parameters as input, we obtain the apple grade based on fuzzy algorithm. The results of experiments show that this method can distinguish the apple's quality and reach our scheduled aim. The result is acceptable.
