This paper attempts to comment on Nasser's cooperative and democratic socialism from its background and thought origin to its content and significance.The paper thus believes,as a radical nationalist and socialist,Nasser has put forth some meaningful views to the present socialist construction,which concern the problems of the relationship between democratic revolution and socialistic revolution,the development of stateowned enterprises,and the peculiar developmental path of undeveloped nations.
