介绍了国内外洗手间设计的两种不同感受 ,结合国内实况 ,从设计理念、选材、设计和管理方面阐述了公共洗手间的设计和管理问题 ,并提出了把以人为本的设计理念贯彻于所有设计领域的重要性。

According to toilet design at home and abroad two different feelings are introduced. And combined with actual situations in China the design and management issues of public toilet are discussed in terms of design conception, material selection, management and other aspects as well as the importance of the conceptions of 'regarding human being as the basis'.
