CONSTRUCTION OF HEAT-INSULATED COMPOSITE WALL BODY WITH SMALL TYPE HOLLOW BUILDING BLOCK OF CONCRETE

混凝土小型空心砌块苯板保温复合墙体结构简单,在外墙内、外侧分别用砌块做承重墙和保护墙,中间夹苯板,外墙内、外侧安放拉结网片。其主要工艺流程为:找平弹线,排砌块,砌外墙外侧,插苯板,安放与外墙拉结的网片,最后再砌外墙内侧。这一流程不断重复进行。施工中应注意砌块苯板复合保温墙体、芯柱和特殊部位的处理。

The polystyrene board heat-insulated composite wall with small type of hollow building block of concrete has a simple structure.Building block is used as bearing wall and protection wall for the inside and outside of exterior wall separately.Polystyrene board is inserted in the middle.The connecting net is laid on the inside and outside of exterior wall.The main procedure is as follows:setting snap ping line,placement of building block,laying the outside of exterior wall,inserting polystyrene broad,mounting the connecting net with exterior wall,finally laying inside of exterior wall.This procedure is carried out again and again.In construc-tion the attention should be paid to the treatment of building block polystyrene composite heat-insulated wall,quilted column and special parts.
