摘要
对芒硝法生产硫酸钾工艺的理论基础-Na+,K+//Cl-,SO2-4-H2O四元体系,本文首次用最新的电解质溶液理论—Clegg-Pitzer非对称模型进行了热力学研究.建立了热力学模型,预测了上述体系的液—固平衡,其参数均由该体系所包含的二元、三元体系的实验数据拟和得到.预测结果较好,并与局部组成模型的预测结果进行了比较.
Based on Clegg and Pitzer's unsymmetrical model of electrolyte solution,the solubilities of quaternary system Na\++,K\++//Cl\+-,SO\+\{2-\}\-4-H\-2O at 25℃ are calculated.All the energy parameter is obtained from experimental data of binary and ternary system, and the quaternary phase diagram is made, the solubilities predicted are in better agreement with measurements.
