摘要
通过合理设计位置控制器GEL7541、GEL7511和电子凸轮GEL7813的程序,提高Assel轧管机的生产节奏。位置控制器GEL7541输出的±10V模拟信号作为芯棒小车、荒管小车直流系统的给定值,能控制到达的位置,起、制动时间和运行速度。GEL7511能控制辊缝调整的位置,发出起动、停止开关信号。电子凸轮能发出芯棒小车、荒管小车到达特定位置的信号,供各种自动化设备的协调配合之用。根据生产实际,调整位置控制器的数据,使生产节奏显著提高。
This paper introduces the application that improves the production efficiency of Assel mill via a reasonable program design of position controller GEL7541 , CEL7511 and electronic cam GEL7813. The ?10V analog signal output by position controller GEL7541 is used as the preset value of the direct current system of mandrel bar carriage and billet tube carriage. It controls the arrival position, the time of start and brake, and run speed. The position controller GEL7511 can control the position of roller seam adjustment, the switch signal of start and stop. The electronic cam can issue the special position signal of mandrel bar carnage and billet tube carriage. These signals are used as the cooperation of various automatic equipments. It significantly improves the efficiency of steel tube, via the adjustment of position controllers data according to practical working circumstances.
