摘要 有些传动轴(如汽车和工程机械用传动轴)在高速转动时要产生弯曲振动,由此导致共振现象而使传动轴断裂。尤其是高速轴,为了避免共振的产生应进行振动计算,确定其临界转速,常规优化设计是为了使传动轴在工作时不出现共振现象,使传动轴的临界转速尽量避开其实际最高转速,使它们的差距尽可能大。由于临界转速具有离散性,而这类传动轴在常规优化设计中不考虑临界转速的随机性和模糊性,显然这种处理方法有失科学性,为此提出将模糊可靠性设计引入到具有振动的传动轴的优化设计中,在常规优化设计的基础上建立考虑振动的传动轴模糊可靠性优化设计的数学模型。 The flexural vibration of the transmission shaft in automobile or engineering machinery is produced when the shaft rotates in great speed. This flexural vibration may lead to co - vibration, which results in the abruption of the shaft. To prevent the co - vibration, the design of the transmission shaft must consider the vibration and reckon the greatest critical rotational speed of the shaft. Because of the traditional optimization design for the shaft without considering the random and the fuzzy of the critical speed, this design method is not rotational when the shaft rotates in great speed. The mathematical model is established for the optimal design of the fuzzy reliability about the transmission shaft with vibration considered in the light of the optimal design theory and having taken the fuzzy reliability into account.
