射频子宫内膜消融治疗月经过多40例分析

A Clinical Study of 40 Cases on the Radio - frequency Endometrial Ablation to Treat Menorrhagia

目的:探讨射频子宫内膜消融治疗月经过多的临床疗效。方法:对经射频治疗的40例月经过多患者进行随访及回顾性分析。结果:40例患者中,显效39例(其中闭经32例,月经少于正常量或呈点滴量7例),有效1例,总有效率为100％,未发生并发症。结论:射频子宫内膜消融治疗月经过多具有操作简单、安全、有效、副作用少、费用低等优点,值得推广。

Objective; To observe the curative effect of the radio - frequency endometrial ablation(RFEA) to treat menorrhagia. Methods; 40 women with menorrhagia treated by RFEA are followed up. The curative effect of this treatment is analysed respectively. Results; In 40 cases,32 are menopause ,7 are less than normal or little menstrual flow and 1 has normal menstrual flow. The total effective rate is 100% , and no complication happened. Conclusion; RFEA is an effective, simple and safe operation to treat menorrhagia.
