平垸行洪、退田还湖是鄱阳湖防洪保安的一项重要措施。本文分析了鄱阳湖平垸行洪、退田还湖后,湖泊面积及容积的变化对防洪作用的影响,指出鄱阳湖简单的退田还湖对防洪作用十分有限,提出充分发挥鄱阳湖的防洪作用和功能、制定和完善分蓄洪区补偿政策等对策。

Pushing over the embankments and returning grain fields to the lake is an important measurement for the flood control of Poyang Lake.The article analyses the effects on flood regulation by the lake's changes of area and volume after 'Return Grain Field to the Lake',points out that the effects of flood regulation is limited.In the meantime,corresponding countermeasures are put forward,such as taking the most function of Poyang Lake flood control,making the compensatory policy etc.
