Nowadays, rapid development of worldwide science and technology has created a rush of new science, new concepts , new theories and innovations, and accordingly a great number of neoterms. Today' s information age is hot for the unity of these terms. Furthermore, the accurate translation of them is an academic problem, and a timeless topic discussed together with the progress of science and technology.
