高校困难生资助体系的现状与思考

Present'Status and Thought on Grant System of Poverty Students in Colleges and Universities

自高校收费实行并轨以来,高校困难生群体的规模随着高校招生规模的不断扩大而日益庞大,如何做好困难生的资助和教育工作已成为高校管理工作的重心。本文通过对我国困难生资助体系的各组成部分进行分析,针对资助体系中各组成部分近年来出现的新政策、新变化,结合在高校工作中的实践,提出相应的对策或具体解决措施,用以帮助困难生了解现行的资助政策,同时对做好高校的困难生资助工作起到抛砖引玉的作用。

After combining tuition system in colleges and universities, there are growing number of the poverty student group with the enlargement of enrollment scale. How to grant and educate them have become the core of management department. The paper makes an analysis of the grant system, especially for new policies and changes and puts forward relevant strategies and measures.
