摘要
针对轮胎动态实验台侧倾角的测控问题,研制一种由光电编码器、鉴相电路、接口电路和AT89C52单片机组成的侧倾角高精度自动测控系统。经现场使用和实验表明:该系统侧倾角测量误差小于0 02°,具有测量精度高和抗干扰能力强的优点。
To aim at the side inclination angle of the dynamic tire test laboratory bench,it proposes an automatic measurement and control system with high precision of roll angle composed by the photoelectric encoder,phase demodulation circuit,interface circuit and the MCU AT89C52.Through experiments and dozen months spot application,the measuring error of roll angle is smaller than 0 02°,and the system also showed its advantage of high precision,good reliability and good dependability.
