摘要
原油黏度的测量对石油生产有重要的意义。现设计一个原油黏度测量系统,该系统利用单片机的计数器和霍尔元件测量球体在充满原油斜管中滚动的时间,通过与标准油所用时间的对比,从而测量原油黏度。系统中所用磁场均为直流电产生的可调恒定磁场,磁场的强度调节方便灵活,磁场工作长期稳定性好。同时该系统可以设定不同的温度压力值,控制测量系统的温度和压力,完成对不同高温、高压状态下原油黏度的测量。满足石油生产的特殊需要。
It is very important that the viscosity of oil is measured.One system is introduced to measure the viscosity of oil.The inclined-tube,bowl,Hall-switch and microcontroller are used in this system.Measure the time of bowl moving in the inclined-tube.Then can calculate the viscosity by the way to contrast the time that standard oil used.The magnetic fields in this system are produced by direct current.These magnetic fields are used and adjusted easily.This system also can control the temperature and pressure in different setting value,so it can measure the viscosity of oil while high temperature and high pressure.This can satisfy the special requirement of oil production.
