摘要
为了满足油田后期滚动开发的需要 ,达到油田生产管理自动化的目的 ,文章阐述了利用现代通讯及计算机局域网络技术 ,数字化无线油井工况监控、计量站自动计量监控和现场的无线视频监控等技术 ,以油井无线工况数据采集、诊断与控制管理为主 (SCADA) ,配合无线井场电视监控 (WTVC) ,形成立体化、网络化、数字化的自动化监控系统 ,对其所属井、站进行自动数据检测、过程控制和图像监视 ,实现无人值守。监控系统实时采集数据和图像 ,并将其传输到自动化生产中央控制室进行处理 ,通过实现网络信息共享 ,为管理人员进行生产决策提供及时准确的信息 ,从而提高油田生产管理水平和生产效率 ,降低生产成本。
To satisfy the need of progressive development and to achieve automation production management in oil field,on the basis of modern communication and computer local network technologies,adopting digitized wireless work-condition supervision,automatic measuring supervision and field image wireless video supervision technologies etc.,and puting oilwell wireless work-condition data acquisition,diagnosis and control management first,matching wireless wellsite television monitoring,a network and digitized automatic supervisory system is developed,which realizes data detecting,process controlling and image monitoring automation. The supervisory system gathers data and images in real time,and transfers them to central control unit to dispose,and which can provide prompt and exact information for managers,improving production management level and efficiency,and reducing production costs.
