摘要
结合工程实践,提出了一种新的检测角位置的理论方法。通过在旋转轴周围加工一个特定形状的工件,在空间上形成一个数值可变的电容器,让其容值与空间角位置建立一个对应关系,从而把对角位置的检测转化为对电参数的检测,由此实现了角位置的非接触测量。通过一个近似的模型,推导出了检测需要的理论公式,并给出了具体的检测方法与思路,还就该方法与目前常用方法的性能进行了简单对比。
From engineering practice,a new method for measuring angle position has been proposed.In this method,a special shaped metal part has been made around the rotation axis,where a capacitance with changeable value is formed.According to the relation between the capacitance value and the angle position,the measurement of angle position has been changed into the measurement of the electric parameter,so a new method appears,which could measure the angle position with no contact.Meanwhile,by setting up a computation model,the theoretical formula needed for measurement has been deduced out.In the end,the adopted procedure and key thought of this method has been given out in detail,along with the simple contrast between this method and the now common used methods.
