现代经济需要市场体制和国家体制之外的另类体制来满足社会经济的运行,这类体制的重要介体之一就是市场中介。市场中介是介于政府与社会、政府与企业、企业与企业之间的独立的特殊社会经济组织。信用是市场中介的基石。市场中介通过向各市场交易主体提供客观、真实、有效的中介服务,促成市场运行机制的有序、公开、公正和公平。
In order to meet the requirements of economy's running of modern society,a special system is needed in addition to market system and state system,which is market intermediate.The market intermediate is a self-governed special social economic organization and its foundation is credit.It offers an objective,real and effective intermediate service to dealing subjects,and promotes the market running in an ordinal,opening,just and equitable state.
