对我国区域性收入差距的思考

A Consideration to the Regional Income Disparity of Our Country

经过20多年的改革和发展,我国经济社会生活发生了巨大而深刻的变化。我们已经胜利实现了现代化建设的前两步战略目标,人民生活水平不断提高,基本达到了小康水平。然而,在人们整体收入水平显著提高的同时,也出现了收入差距扩大的现象。那么应如何正确看待当前我国的收入分配制度和收入差距呢?本文通过对我国的区域性收入差距的现状、原因和相关对策等问题的初步探讨,提出应重点从制度建设和政策等方面,加大改革与调整的力度。借此缩小我国区域性收入差距,进一步提高国民经济整体均衡发展水平,促进广大居民收入水平和生活水平的稳步提高。

Great and profound changes have taken place in the economic and social life in our conutry thanks to the reformation and develpment for more than 20 years.We have succeeded in reaching the first two strategic targets of modernization construction,and basically achieved the comparatively well-off level with people's level of living improved continuously.While people's whole level of income has remarkably been improved,however,the phenomenon that income disparity has been extended appears.How shall we treat the current income distribution system and disparity properly then?This article brings forward the idea that reformation and redressal should be reinforced mainly in the aspects of system construction and policies etc.,in order to shorten the regional income disparity of our country,further improve the level of unitary and statuesque national economy development,and accelerate the steady improvement of residents level of income and living.
