信息化社会对学术期刊的规范化提出了很高要求。学术期刊规范化成为新时代促进学术发展的重要的基础性工作。但是鉴于我国学术期刊规范化还存在着严重不足,需要使印刷版学术期刊进一步与数字化学术期刊接轨,所以必须进一步提高学术期刊的编辑素质,并扩大学术期刊规范化的宣传。

The much higher requirements for the standardization of academic periodicals have been put forward from the informationized society, in which the standardization of academic periodicals is an important foundation work for the progress of academy. However, in view of some serious insufficiency of standardization of academic periodicals still existed in China, and the need to joint the digital academic periodicals required for the printed academic periodicals, editors' quality, therefore, must be improved further, and the propaganda of the standardization of academic periodicals must also be strengthened. 
