摘要 本文简要介绍了为配合电机控制课程教学而设计制作的、基于 PC机的电同闭环调速系统实验装置。以数字化、集成化为设计原则 ,系统采用 PC机与外部控制电路相结合的数字 PI控制方式 ,将计算机强大的数字处理能力和图形处理能力应用于电机双闭环调速。针对交直流电机设计了 4个典型实验的外部控制电路 ,采用 PC机集中控制 ,通过一套 AD/DA转换与 PC机进行数据交换和指令传送 ,充分利用资源。文中介绍了该装置的软硬件设计思路和要点 ,给出了应用实例。 The experimental device of the closed loop motor speed control system, which is based on PC and designed for assisting the teaching of electric machine control course, is introduced briefly in this paper. With the intention to design digital and integrated system, based on the combination of PC and the external control circuits, and by use of the digital PI control method, the powerful data processing ability and graphics processing ability of PC are applied to the closed loop motor speed control. The external control circuits for four typical experiments of DC and AC motors are designed, the data and command are exchanged between PC and control circuits through a common AD/DA card which is plugged in the socket of PC. The design original and key points of the software and control circuits for the system are also presented, the result example is given.
