摘要
在介绍“诊所式法律教育”模式的基础上,分析了我国目前高等法律职业教育的现状,认为“诊所式教育”作为一种实践性教学模式,恰好弥补了我国高职法律教育的不足,并提出如何引进该模式的具体设想。
This paper, based on the introduction of 'the clinical legal education', analyes the present situations of higher law vocational education. The author also points out that, as a mode of practical teaching, the clinial legal education compensates deformity in higher vocational law education in china, and gives a concrete assumption on how to introduce the model.
