Brief Probe into the Teaching of Traditional Chinese Painting

国画是生活的艺术,国画教学是置身于生活的理论与实践相结合的艺术教学。教师要引导学生先实践,后理论,然后把两者结合起来;让学生初步掌握中国画的装裱技术;学习时,教育学生决不能食而不化,应创造性地运用;正确认识艺术作品中的美与丑等。

The traditional Chinese painting is an art of life and the traditional Chinese painting teaching is a kind of teaching art envolving the combination of life theory and practice. Teachers should inspire the students to first cany out practice and then learn the theory and eventually combine the theory with practice, the purpose of which is to enable the students to master the technique of mounting the paintings. While learning, indigestion of the knowledge should be avoided and creative application should be put into operation. The ability to distinguish the beauty from ugliness cultivated.
