摘要
本文首次报道了稀土离子Yb3+的多个能量上转换荧光带。并找到了其规律。因为Yb3+的4f电子组态在可见光波段范围内只有一个激发态能级,因此采用现有上转换机制无法进行解释,本文提出了一种碰撞理论的新机制,这可能对稀土掺杂能量上转换提供新的理论依据。
This paper reported a phenomenon of seven-band fluorescence of Yb3+ ion, and discussed the corresponding up-conversion mechanism. Because there is only one excited state in F-2(5/2) in Yb3+ ion, the current popular mechanism can not used to explain this special phenomenon. In this paper, a novel mechanism model based on the collision theory was put forward to explain the quasi-levels of Yb3+ ion. This model may potentially provide a new theoretical base for the energy up-conversion of rare-earth ion.
