夏热冬冷地区住宅建筑节能与采暖节能改造技术研究

RESEARCH ON THE ENERGY-SAVING AND HEATING TECHNOLOGY OF THE DWELLINGS IN THE REGIONS WITH SHARP CONTRAST IN SEASONAL TEMPERATURES

为解决夏热冬冷地区既有住宅建筑能耗较大问题 ,对本地区气候特征、现有围护结构热工性能进行了测试分析和研究 ,提供了夏热冬冷地区既有住宅建筑节能技术措施。研究结果表明 ,围护结构改造节能率及采暖系统改造节能率均达到国家规定标准 。

In order to solve the problem of the energy wasting in the regions where there is a sharp contrast in seasonal temperatures,the authors made an analysis and research on the regional climate characteristics and the heating functions of the already existing enclosure structures,then the technical measures were provided.Research shows that the energy saving rates meet the national standard,which lays an important foundation for the energy saving technology.
