低温熔相法烧结耐磨陶瓷在流化床锅炉中的应用

摘要 通过对耐磨骨料、耐磨填料、高温粘结剂及耐磨材料制作工艺的分析研究,从理论上解决了低温熔相法烧结耐磨陶瓷的可行性。采用低温熔相法烧结技术能使捣打方法和预制砖块的方法形成整体性、结晶性,解决了开裂、脱落问题,增强了耐磨性能。介绍了该陶瓷材料的配方研制和工艺试验,及其在流化床锅炉中的应用。 Based on analytical study of abrasion resistant base and filler materials, as well as high temperature bonding agents and the abrasion resistant materials production technology, the feasibility of low temperature fusion phase sintering of abrasion resistant ceramic is theoretically demonstrated. With the application of low temperature fusion phase sintering technique, the taming and the prefabricating brick method can be combined, thereby solving the cracking and the splintering problem while raising the crystallizing and the abrasion resisting capability at the same time. The paper describes the compositional development, some technological experiments and practical application in fluidized bed boilers.
