摘要
首次探索了一种制备介孔复合材料的新方法——破坏式造孔与有机改性相结合。先优选沸石作为原料,通过酸洗和混合添加剂高温焙烧进行破坏式造孔,然后采用两亲长链有机表面活性剂进行有机改性,使制得的最终产品对水中有机物尤其是发色有机物的吸附能力极强,成为一种综合吸附能力优于优质杏壳活性炭的吸附材料。本文首先详细叙述了原材料的优选过程及试验的背景、条件和评价方法等。
A new preparation method of mesoporous composite material is investigated for the very first time, a method with the destructive pore-making technique and the organic amphoteric modification method. Firstly, select zeolite as the original material, then make pore with methods of acid modification and high temperature bake mixed with additive, after that modify with a kind of long chain organic surfactants. The product making by above method can adsorb organic pollutants especially color-eliciting organisms in water strongly, the whole absorbability of it is better than active carbon with good quality. The selections of the original materials and the experimental background, conditions and evaluation method are introduced in details in this article.
