摘要
将固体激光中用以提高光束质量的高斯型变反射率虚共焦非稳腔技术应用于OPO,在理论上分析高斯型变反射率非稳腔的模场分布,实验上采用1.064μm的Nd∶YAG激光器作为泵浦源,OPO为单谐振非临界相位匹配方式,得到1.57μmOPO输出能量60mJ/pluse,重复频率1Hz,M2小于3,光光效率40%的人眼安全激光。
We adopted the technology of virtual confocal unstable resonator with Gaussianreflectivity mirrors which was used to improve the brightness of output beam from solidstate laser to improve the beam quality of OPO. Eigen modefields of virtual confocal unstable resonator with Gaussianreflectivity mirrors was calculated. The pump laser is 1.064μm Nd∶YAG laser and noncritically phasematched KTPOPO acted as a single resonator for the signal wave. The highest output single of 60mJ/pluse at 1Hz is obtained with M2<3 and conversion efficiency up to 40%.
