摘要
文中研究了射频激励"Z"折叠部分波导CO2激光器,比较了普通波导折叠与部分波导折叠的结构特点。采用等效的第二类波导谐振腔,在总增益长度129cm,230W注入功率情况下,获得了最高23.5W的基模激光输出。
RF excited zfold partial waveguide CO2 laser is studied.The structures of common fold and partial fold are compared in this paper.The gain length of 129cm and the equivalent second waveguide resonator are used,and maximum output power can be up to 23.5W with EH11 mode at the condition of RF input power of 230W.
