摘要
通过对提拉法生长非掺杂YAG晶体应力双折射的产生原因以及小面生长的成因分析,采用调整温场的温度梯度,同时在生长过程中调整工艺参数,并采用适当的退火程序,有效减小了提拉法生长非掺杂YAG晶体的应力双折射。
The causes for the stress birefringence in the undoped Yttrium Aluminum Garnet (YAG)crystal grown by the Czochralski method were analyzed.On the basis of the theory of facet growth,the temperature gradient and procedure parameters during the course of crystal growth were adjusted correspondingly,by way of which,together with the suitable anneal procedure,the stress birefringence was reduced remarkably in the undoped YAG crystal.
