摘要 采用红外热像检测方法,对某石油企业的大型炼油设备进行外壁温度场检测,从测得的每幅热像图中提取各点温度值,编制相同色标下的热像生成软件,自动拼接成整个设备外壁的热像展开图,对现有设备的使用状况给出科学的评价。 Based on the theory of infrared radiation and the principles of temperature measurement using infrared thermography, an experiment about the ektexine temperature field of a certain refinery's large facility was conducted. According to the acquired temperature from every infrared thermography, a combineimage's software under the same color code was developed and the infrared thermography outspreadfigure of the facility was made by the software. Finally, the security of the facility was estimated with this outspreadfigure.
