摘要
针对埕岛油田馆陶组储层具有中等水敏、弱速敏、盐敏的特点 ,通过对防膨抑砂剂和原油防乳剂的筛选研究 ,推荐了适合于馆陶组储层的工作液体系 ,并对该体系进行了室内和现场应用效果评价。研究表明 ,埕岛油田馆陶组储层采用的入井液体系有较强的防膨抑砂功能 ,有效地减轻了地层的水化膨胀和出砂 ,保护了油层。由于该入井液体系基液为过滤海水 ,90 %以上的原料可以就地取材 ,因此节省了材料费用 ,降低了作业成本 ,提高了经济效益。
Due to the behaviors of middle water and salt sensitivity, poor rate sensitivity in Chengdao Guantao sets, This paper recommends the optimized completion fluid system for reservoir protect in Chengdao oil Field by the study of the agent of preventing sand inflation and oil emulsification , and laboratory and field experiment have conducted with the completion fluid system. The result indicates this system can prevent mud inflation and sand control effectively, protected the formation from damage. As its basic liquid is the filtered sea water, which can be acquired by 90% locally, therefore it can save the material expenses consumedly, lower the workover cost and increase economic benefit.
